Your bill is due on the 1st or 15th of each month depending on your bill cycle date. This date will remain the same as long as you are a Blue Wireless customer. Failure to make your payment by the specified due dual will cause your service to be interrupted.

Like most wireless providers, Blue Wireless charges a small in store payment fee to cover processing.

If you miss a payment, your service will be interrupted. You can re-connect service by making your payment and paying a re-activation fee.
17. What is The New Blue Wireless’ return policy?
You may return your phone if it is within 3 (three) days of purchase and you have used the phone for 90 (ninety) minutes or less. Receipt and original packaging are required.
