What is Blue’s coverage area?
Blue offers a large regional calling area. You can make calls anywhere within our coverage area to anywhere in the continental United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.

What if I want to make a call from outside of Blue's coverage area?
Blue’s phones and network are designed so that you must make calls from within our network.
Where can I buy a BluePhone and service?
You may buy a BluePhone at any BlueStore or Authorized Dealer location.
Does Blue offer optional calling features?
Yes, you can add voice mail, caller id, call waiting and 3-way calling for $4.95 per month. You can also get unlimited text messaging for just $4.95 per month.
How do I set up my voicemail?
You may access your Voicemail by dialing *89 from your Blue phone. The first time you dial this, you will be prompted to set-up your access code, greeting and name.
What is Blue’s payment policy?
Your bill is due on the 1st or 15th of each month depending on your bill cycle date. This date will remain the same as long as you are a Blue customer. Failure to make your payment by the specified due date will cause your service to be interrupted.
Is there a grace period for making payments?
No. For continued service, you must make your payment by the due date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, your service will be interrupted. You can re-connect service by making your payment and paying a re-activation fee. If you miss two consecutive payments, your service will be disconnected and your number may be re-assigned. You can re-connect service by making your payments, paying a reactivation fee, and a new number fee may apply.
What is Blue’s return policy?
You may return your phone if it is within 30 days of purchase and you have used the phone for 90 minutes or less. Receipt and original packaging are required. Demo phones must be returned within 3 days of purchase with receipt and original packaging.
Can I use my old phone with a Blue service plan?
No. Blue’s network is specifically designed for BluePhones.
